About Ethan Currie

Driven and detail-oriented Finance & Real Estate student at the University of Colorado Boulder, passionate about commercial real estate development, investment strategy, and business innovation. I aim to apply what I’ve learned through leadership, academic projects, and professional experience to create meaningful impact. This fall, I am an AI Integration Extern at Pure Fishing, where I focus on implementing AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable value. My work includes automating workflows, integrating software tools, and collaborating with mentors to apply emerging technologies in ways that improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and enhance the customer experience. I currently serve as President of Chi Psi, leading a 120+ member chapter and overseeing operations, recruitment, budgeting, and alumni relations. At Restore Hyper Wellness, I worked in client-facing sales and operations, driving membership growth and supporting promotional campaigns. I also co-founded the NextGen Finance Club, a CU AI Club subset exploring AI’s impact on finance, real estate, and accounting. These experiences reflect my curiosity, work ethic, and drive to build a career in real estate and finance. By leading teams, delivering results, and integrating new technologies, I am developing the skills needed to create long-term value in investment strategy, capital markets, and commercial real estate.
