Nothing beats a Jet2 designer when it comes to creating smooth, accessible, and intuitive journeys for millions of travellers. As a Mid-Level UX/Product Designer at Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays, I work across web, mobile, and internal systems, combining user research, usability testing, and data-informed design to deliver experiences that are both seamless and impactful. I contribute to our design system, collaborate closely with engineers, and help shape how teams approach cross-functional discovery. Alongside my design work, I mentor junior colleagues and lead workshops, making sure user-centred thinking is baked into every stage of delivery. With roots in photography and a passion for technology, I bring both creative craft and analytical rigour to my work. Whether I’m iterating a prototype, running CRO experiments, or championing accessibility, my goal is always the same: to turn complexity into clarity and help people’s journeys feel effortless.
