Management Consultant at Teneo Ireland with experience helping organisations design, deliver, and embed strategies that move seamlessly from planning to implementation. I specialise in guiding complex programmes that require cross-sector collaboration, clear governance, and measurable impact. My work spans public services, healthcare, transport, sport, and technology, where I’ve led large-scale strategy developments, national data programmes, culture change initiatives, and governance reviews. Across these projects, I focus on bringing clarity to complexity, building strong stakeholder alignment, and delivering sustainable outcomes. Core expertise includes strategic planning, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management, underpinned by strong facilitation skills and a structured, analytical approach to problem solving. I’m committed to turning insights into action and ensuring strategies deliver meaningful results. I hold a First-Class MSc in Management Consultancy (UCD Smurfit) and a Law degree (LLB, Maynooth University). Outside of work, I’m actively involved in sport at both grassroots and high-performance levels, both coaching and playing Gaelic Football & Hurling reflecting my long-standing commitment to teamwork, performance, and community impact.
