As a junior engineer for ESP Associates I have learned how to manage schedules, communicate effectively with team members and clients, and learned how civil engineering practices can by implemented in the field.Have a broad communication skills though civil engineering with good experience in water resources. This work is becoming increasingly important as it is a constantly changing field due to the effect of climate change on water and our infrastructure. I have great experience as a team member in professional environments with multiple long term projects. I put my efforts into stormwater management and floodplain mapping using hydrologic and hydraulic tools (H&H). Through this opportunity I have gained experience with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS and AutoCAD products.I have a forte of keeping a positive attitude and displaying professionalism in the workplace to coworkers and clients. I also have specialty in teamwork skills and communication in the workplace. I think that there are always areas that I can improve which makes me interested to learn from senior engineers.
