About Ethan Forge
A recent graduate of Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Queensland. I am a passionate and curious professional who strives to learn more and take on new experiences across new sports/ team environments. I have a drive towards High-performance training using both my ASCA level 1 S&C qualification and my AES qualification to assist athletes and coaches to utilise science to create efficient and effective training interventions. A current passion of mine is for innovative research and practices for high-support need Para athletes in swim training. This is currently taking shape through research into load monitoring, swim stroke analysis and work-rest cycles as well as the use of novel testing protocols to improve the accuracy and accessibility of performance tests for the Para community. Currently finishing my application for ASpS1 qualification and hope to continue to upskill whenever and wherever possible.
