About Ethan Graham

As a Station Administrator, I manage essential operational data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in digital records management. I manage spreadsheets that give an overview on plane routes and times for arrivals and departures. I also oversee payroll execution, ensuring timely and precise processing, and coordinate scheduling to maintain smooth workflow operations and make sure to be as optimal with manpower hours as possible. With a keen eye for detail and organizational expertise. With plenty of hands-on experience as a ramp agent, I have developed strong skills in aircraft ground operations, including baggage handling, aircraft marshaling, and ensuring on-time departures. I am highly familiar with safety protocols and efficient turnaround procedures. In addition to my ramp experience, I have worked as a gate agent, providing excellent customer service, managing boarding processes, and resolving passenger inquiries. I thrive in both team environments and working independently, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. My combined expertise in both ramp and gate operations gives me a well-rounded understanding of airport logistics and customer care.
