About Ethan Haire

As the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Sinclair, I provide legal and business counsel to one of the largest and most diversified media, sports and entertainment companies in the country. My current areas of focus include structuring complex transactions, providing strategic advice to senior executives, and managing legal risks and compliance across a broad range of activities, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, employment matters, content and intellectual property, talent engagement, advertising, marketing and promotions, data privacy, compliance and risk management, technology and AI, sports betting and gaming, consumer products, dispute resolution, and corporate governance. I also serve as the chief legal counsel to several of Sinclair's portfolio companies, a Board Trustee of a national scholarship fund and a committee member of the Television Music License Committee. I am a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the United States (CIPP/US).
