As a Cybersecurity Assessor at SMX, I leverage my extensive experience in cybersecurity operations to assess and improve the security posture of various organizations. I have a strong background in cyber warfare, having served as a Cyber Warfare Operator and Cyber Security Analyst/Lead Analyst at the United States Marine Corps for over four years. In these roles, I supervised and managed multiple deployed defensive cybersecurity operations, focusing on hardening, incident response, threat emulation, and hunting for adversary compromise. I also coordinated logistics for embarkation, maintenance of team's equipment, and management of personnel. Additionally, I provided real-time detection, analysis, and mitigation of threats and vulnerabilities, enabling the commander to defend the network and employ cyber effects. I hold certifications in Cyber Operations Specialist Course (COSC), Joint Cyber Analyst Course (JCAC), SANS FOR572, SANS Security +, A+, SRR UNIX, SRR Windows, SRR Networking, and SRR Applications.
