As the CEO and Board Chair of TEAMBSR, an international nonprofit cycling team, I oversee strategic operations, sponsorship development, athlete management, and community initiatives. Under my leadership, TEAMBSR has grown from a small regional team into a global program competing at national and international levels while promoting mental health awareness through sport. With a foundation as an elite athlete and experience across sports management, nonprofit leadership, and event organization, I bring a unique perspective to building mission-driven programs that create lasting impact both on and off the field.
