Beginning in the summer of my sophomore year of high school, I started working at my local Chick-Fil-A. In the next couple of months, I earned Employee of the Quarter and was asked to become a trainer. I went through a whole training program and became the fastest developed trainer that they had ever accepted. Over the next couple of years and even through the school years, I worked in the front of house, packaging up food and serving guests, while also training new team members to become accustomed to the fast-paced workplace of Chick-Fil-A and to accommodate them into our team.
