About Ethan Jones

Back when I was a young eight-year-old child, I became fascinated when I got my first computer that year on Christmas. I remember the floppy drive button fell inside the case shortly after I unwrapped and opened the box. Somewhat frustrated at this turn of events, I then slowly took it apart screw by screw. Upon seeing the inside of the computer, I had forgotten about the button, and instead, I became absorbed with figuring out how it all connected and ultimately worked. Ever since then, I dedicated the majority of my time outside of school to learning all I could about computer hardware. Examples are building computers, troubleshooting them, and eventually developing an interest in the software and networking aspect of things as the years went on. After dedicating my time to learning code, and developing skills to build software applications, I then revealed to myself that I have a passion for helping others, especially in the software field. So, that then brings me to where I am today. My biggest strength is being able to recognize and troubleshoot issues in the software industry. Above all, I am a people person, so I grant myself extreme satisfaction when I am helping individuals resolve software issues of wide scope. Spending time to figure things out, and learning new ways to fix them, gives me a feeling of success and professionalism. When I am not working, I spend most of my time helping others, practicing new skills, and learning new software systems. I have a passion for meeting new people and learning new things. Even discussing the world of technology as it is today compared to years ago.
