About Ethan Katz

Detail focused and data driven Financial Analyst, with experience in aerospace, manufacturing, and education. I'm passionate about continuous improvement in myself and in the people around me. I love working and succeeding with my teammates, and knowing that we did a better job because we worked together. I currently work at Fullbloom, where my financial analysis helps create greater opportunities for students and teachers. I am also an MBA candidate at Villanova as part of an accelerated cohort. I was previously in the Defense industry. I worked at L3Harris as a financial analyst, and at Boeing in various financial and operational roles. At Boeing, I was an estimating and pricing specialist, where I worked to accurately estimate manufacturing hours to ensure accuracy for our government customer for negotiations. Before that, I was part of a 3 year competitive rotation program at Boeing, where I gained valuable experience in finance, scheduling, manufacturing, and how our products are priced. I was on the leadership team for the rotation program every year, and in my final year I was chosen to be president of the rotation program at the Philadelphia site.
