As a project manager at Marks I lead and coordinate various projects related to graphic design, printing, and packaging. I work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that the projects are delivered on time. I also manage the communication and feedback process. I have a Bachelor of Technology in Graphic Communications Management from Ryerson University, where I learned the technical and creative skills to produce effective and innovative graphic solutions. I also have extensive experience in customer service, having worked as a project coordinator at Clockwork Productions Inc and as a customer service intern at Coatings Canada. I am proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications, as well as in communication, organization, and time management. I am passionate about graphic communications and eager to challenge myself and learn new skills in this field.
