About Ethan Monie

I am a Fiscal Coordinator II at Oregon State University, where I provide financial analysis and recommendations for multiple units that offer performing arts, guest services, recreational services, and family resources to the university and its community. With a MBA and a graduate certificate in Business Analytics from OSU, I have the skills and knowledge to leverage databases and spreadsheets to organize and present data that drives decision making. In my current role, I collaborate with directors and upper management to ensure high standards of accuracy and precision, generate variance reports, and develop multiple 10-year capital plans and budgets. I also contribute to OSU stakeholder task forces to streamline policies and fight food insecurity. I am interested in process development and improvement, budgeting, and reporting. I am passionate about supporting the university's mission and vision through financial analysis and planning.
