About Ethan Morales

Hello, my name is Ethan! I'm a senior at the University of Texas at Austin pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. My time on campus has been shaped by hands-on involvement in organization and projects that reflect both my passion for engineering and my commitment to community. I'm involved with Texas Rocket Engineering Lab, member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and serve with Texas Exes. I am also proud to be part of Texas Wranglers, a brotherhood rooted in scholarship, leadership, and athletic ability. At my core, I love being presented with a challenge. There’s something deeply fulfilling about building the skills and discipline required to solve complex problems. It fuels my drive to design, innovate, and improve the functionality of systems that impact the world. I’m especially passionate about mechanical and industrial design, understanding how things work, how they’re made, and how they can be improved. That curiosity has naturally drawn me toward the automotive and aerospace industries, where precision, performance, and aesthetics come together in powerful ways. Collaboration is central to how I operate. I thrive in multidisciplinary teams where different perspectives come together to spark innovative solutions. Beyond technical expertise, I care deeply about equity and inclusivity. I want to help shape a future where progress is both sustainable and accessible to all.
