About Ethan Noble

Hi! I’m a passionate self-taught programmer since 11 years old with an interest in just about everything computing. My current personal fixations are 3D graphics rendering and deep learning algorithm implementations. I have 1 year of experience as a Software Developer at Paycom, where I developed full stack web applications in PHP, React, GraphQL, and SQL. I have 3+ years of experience as a Programming Instructor, in which I created curriculum for and currently teach Python, Robotics, and other programming concepts in the College for Kids program at Oklahoma City Community College. I've also dived into deployment engineering in a summer internship at Paycom during my final year of university. In this internship I configured Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration for internal system health monitoring tools. In college, I earned degrees in computer and data science. I excelled in courses pertaining to software engineering, theoretical computer science, and machine learning. I have extensive knowledge in data science, like the usage of R, SQL, and the data science life cycle in statistical analysis. My knowledge of computer science includes implementation of deep learning algorithms, algorithm and data structure implementation in C++, computational theory, compilers, and programming language design. In software engineering courses, I studied object-oriented design patterns, worked in agile software development teams, integrated AI recommendation engines into web applications, developed in TypeScript with the Vue.js library, and created PHP backends for APIs. Alongside many college courses, I also researched machine learning models to classify heart arrhythmia in electrocardiogram data along with applying deep encoding/decoding techniques to this data. My colleagues from the Department of Mathematics and Statistics and I presented this research at the 2023 Symposium on Statistics and Data Science in St. Louis, Missouri. On top of all of that, when I was 12 years old I unsuccessfully attempted to develop a Roblox game. Maybe someday.
