About Ethan Obrien

Ethan is the Founder and CEO of Digital Gold Enterprises Inc, a tech company focusing on building online e-commerce brands. The company started by providing digital marketing services to local small businesses and now we focus on developing our own brands and websites. Ethan grew up playing hockey and unfortunately suffered more than 10 concussions. This resulted in learning challenges at University, but Ethan was able to overcome these symptoms via lifestyle changes and natural remedies, which became the focus of the now best-selling book and the Concussion Recovery Kit. While developing ConcussionRecoveryKit.com, Ethan partnered with a local concussion expert, Dr. Blaskovich, to develop brain health supplements, an online concussion course, and two books related to concussion healing. Our 390-page medical book,"Dr. B's Concussion Breakthrough: Exploring the Hidden Connection to Neck Injury & A Simple Guide to Naturally Heal Your Brain" became an Amazon best seller in multiple categories when we released it in November 2020 including the Sports Medicine and Home Medical Care categories. The ConcussionRecoveryKit.com products are designed to help anyone suffering from post-concussion symptoms (both new and long term injuries). Ethan attended the Beedie School of Business @ Simon Fraser University where he later graduated with a BBA degree specializing in entrepreneurship & innovation. During his time at SFU, he was recognized on the Dean's Honour Roll, received a Top 25 Under 25 award, and received multiple entrepreneurship scholarships. Ethan launched his first business while at SFU - Living Garden Foods Corporation launched as a local food producer using new vertical farming and indoor farming techniques. While attending university, Ethan helped the Surrey Food Bank receive a grant to build an indoor vertical farm that would produce fresh food year-round on the walls of the building. This innovative project gained a lot of media attention and saw national news coverage in Macleans, the Vancouver Sun, the Montreal Gazzette, CTV national news, and more. After utilizing the natural healing methods now taught inside the Concussion Recovery Kit, he was able to represent Team Canada at the AAU Junior Olympics in Hawaii in 2016 where his team won the gold medal in roller hockey. Ethan has a passion for reading books on business, eating healthy, continuously learning about marketing and sales, connecting with nature, being physically active, and meditating.
