About Ethan Osborn

Growing up I was always good at math; numbers just came easy to me. As I got older, I became fascinated with psychology and the human mind, so I went and got my Bachelor’s in Psychology. I have found a way to combine my analytical skills with a background in psychology and a passion for strategy creation to succeed in every role I have had. As the Senior Revenue Analyst at Cape Resorts Group, I develop data-driven pricing strategies for multiple hotels in the historic shore town of Cape May. Before my switch to hospitality, I worked in the insurance field as an Enrollment Specialist. There I was able to use my organizational and data management skills to maintain numerous databases, filled with the sensitive information of our client’s employees. When I was not in my cubicle, I worked with the youth of the area spending my nights and weekends teaching children the fundamentals and enjoyment of sports at the local YMCA. There I was able to drastically enhance my communication skills, have you ever tried to explain to a 3-year-old that they can’t use their hands in soccer? It is not easy. From waiting tables over summer break in college to working in lead generation for an international SaaS company, I have taken ownership of every role. This past year I decided to enroll in the M.S. in Organizational Development & Leadership program at Saint Joseph’s University to better understand the who, what, when, where, why, and how of organizations. One day I hope to use my wealth of professional and educational experiences to change organizations for the better.
