December 2021–Current Analyst Currently responsible for leveraging technology and utilizing automation to optimize our team’s workflow while managing a queue of over 100 cases per day. Point of contact for new client implementation and content creator for client processes on my team. I am also tasked with updating and enhancing current processes to increase efficiency for my team. September 2019–December 2021 Qualification Specialist Responsible for determining benefits for the 401k, pension, and health insurance products for deceased participants. Created and updated processing resources for our team and trained new hires. Created training videos that overhauled training time from 4-6 months down to 6-8 weeks. I won the Q3 operations award for my contributions to the team’s resources and training efforts. April 2018–September 2019 Financial Associate Onboarded with the 401k team to speak to plan participants, assisting them in processing requests and providing pertinent information to their accounts. Promoted to the pension team and became a subject matter expert. Created a tool to reduce errors and delivered a product still in use today. Awarded MVP in 2019 for my contributions.
