An avid learner, Ethan speaks multiple languages—and enjoys studying how Megatrends impact our world. When traveling he takes the initiative to gain hands-on understanding of global issues. With a focus on private equity and VC, as well as tax planning, his experience includes tax-effective acquisitions, dispositions, intellectual property centralization and debt financing. Ethan’s wife and five children enjoy skiing and Ethan regularly trains for half-marathons. Born in Montreal, he played hockey and is an avid fan of the Montreal Canadians. On Thursday evenings you’ll find Ethan packing food in a local food pantry with his youngest son.
