About Ethan Richards

I actively seek challenges. Throughout my life I have always been looking for my next experience. At age 18, I left the comforts of my home to serve the people of the Dominican Republic. My reward for those two years of service were improved leadership, fluency in Spanish, and a new appreciation for hard work. I have been able to use those new skills in my time as a retail store manager with Cricket. Achieving goals, training employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling cash have also helped me mature and improve. Becoming a quick learner is one of the most important things I have learned in my time with Cricket. With no manual on how to manage a store I have been adapt in order to maximize profit. Both the business world and sports industry are areas where I hope to find my next challenge. Since before I can remember I have been in love with sports. Baseball and basketball have particularly strong meaning for me and where I hope to someday find myself employed. However, I am very interested in diversifying my experiences and would love to hear about any new challenge or opportunity.
