About Ethan Sarti

As an environmental compliance specialist in the oil and gas industry, I help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes with confidence and efficiency. With a strong technical background and deep understanding of California’s evolving regulatory framework, I support clients by developing and implementing practical, site-specific compliance strategies. I regularly interface with regulatory agencies—including CalGEM, CARB, and local air districts—on behalf of clients, advocating for sound solutions that balance operational goals with environmental responsibilities.Whether managing environmental audits, preparing permit applications, or coordinating idle well programs, I bring a detail-oriented and proactive approach to every project. My goal is to help oil and gas operators minimize risk, stay ahead of compliance deadlines, and maintain productive relationships with regulatory stakeholders.
