My belief is as follows: Strength Solves Everything. Not enough people are aware of the real-world benefits of strength training. Most of the things that the doctor will give you painkillers and braces for are highly likely to be solvable with the development of strength in the right areas. Not only that, but confidence, mood, posture and self-satisfaction are also massively improved by adding a degree of regimented strength training to your routine. Everyone should push themselves to grow stronger. Everyone should learn how to manage pain and common niggles. Everyone should have something that shows them that they're capable of making progress. Everyone deserves to feel confident and able to face whatever the world can throw at them. My aim is to help make all of things happen. I'm a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer with a borderline obsessive interest in physiology, and I believe I can help you sort out that problem that's been bothering you for a while now.In my spare time, I like to absorb myself in all things science fiction.
