About Ethan Spicer

Hi I'm Ethan, I am a Delivery Consultant at Practicus Over the years of my career adventures, I've developed a passion working with people and helping them find their right fit, whether that’s the right job, the right team, or just making their day a bit better. After years in hospitality, I’ve learned that the real magic happens when you connect with people and understand what makes them tick, and I could see that’s exactly what Recruitment is all about. Found myself taking the right step into the recruitment industryI am perfectionist at heart (A little OCD🤫) I strive to be the best version of myself at all time This Reflects into my work helping to help others hit their full potential and find what's right for them.A bit about me:I have two rescue dogs Misha & Alex from Cyprus who fill a lot of my spare time (and patience!)On a Sunday, you'll catch me either watching the F1 or Football or fishing or sometimes all three at once Lets connect, whether it's about recruitment, career moves, F1 or Football or just a simple catch up – I’m always up for a chat!Ethan.spicer@practicus.com
