About Ethan Summers

I make systems that helps companies thrive. There are a lot of ways to do that. I focus on developing strategy, leading internal operations, and improving performance for mission-critical projects. It's been a fun path from the first day I heard that half of all new jobs in the USA are created by startups and small businesses, to studying all the back of house operations founders don't want to focus on, to leading businesses through operational excellence. That's what makes my role with Empirix Partners so fun: Our whole value proposition is building, making better, or becoming the world-class supply chain capability for mission critical companies. It's operational excellence from top to bottom. Beyond work, I'm a (self) published novelist!
