Background

About Ethan Tran

I’m a Chemical Engineering student at the University of Ottawa, currently completing my internship at Kingston Process Metallurgy (KPM). Through this experience, I’ve been developing my technical and analytical skills while gaining insight into process design, problem-solving, and the practical side of engineering. Every day at KPM offers new opportunities to learn — from understanding industrial operations to seeing how engineering decisions impact business outcomes.Looking ahead, I’m excited to build a career in consulting, where I can combine my technical background with strategic thinking to help solve complex problems across different industries. I’m also exploring the possibility of pursuing an MBA in the future to strengthen my business and leadership foundation.I’m always open to connecting with professionals in consulting or those who have completed an MBA — I’d love to learn from your experiences and gain insights into your career paths.
