About Ethan Weber

In my six-year career I have had the opportunity to build skills in volunteer management, community relations, event planning and donor relations. I spent four years working as the community relations coordinator at Fortress Youth Development Center. In that role I organized and led community events for children and families, recruited, onboarded, screened, trained and oversaw individual volunteers as well as volunteer groups, and distinguished myself by increasing the visibility of the organization in the community. My passion is to work on a team with people that care about what they do and want to see their mission fulfilled. I enjoy telling organizational stories and raising awareness about individuals, organizations and groups that do​ important and good work. My professional goal is to work in a corporation or nonprofit where I can continue to build my skills in the volunteer management, community relations, or event management realm.
