About Ethan Yi

When I was younger, I got hooked on video games. I never imagined back then how much they would impact my life. As I grew older, I began to realize how video games had pushed technology forward, and it made me want to dive into that world myself. At first, I just wanted to play games on a better setup, so I decided to build my own computer from scratch. I didn’t know much about computer hardware at the time, but that challenge sparked something in me. Building that first PC wasn’t just about gaming anymore—it unlocked a passion for understanding technology on a deeper level. I wanted to know how everything worked, from the hardware inside the computer to the software that powered it. I started troubleshooting not just my own tech problems but also helping others who needed a hand. Whether it was fixing a slow computer, diagnosing network issues, or solving complex software problems, I realized I really enjoyed the process of figuring things out and making them work. What’s really kept me going is the interaction I get when I’m helping others. There's something incredibly rewarding about fixing an issue for someone and seeing their relief when everything is running smoothly again. Over the years, as I’ve learned more and more about technology, troubleshooting has become second nature to me. It’s not just about solving a problem anymore—it’s about making someone else’s day a little easier, and that’s what brings me real joy. Technology is my passion, and helping others with it is what drives me every day.
