As a telecommunications technician at Comcast for over two years, I have installed, troubleshooted, and maintained network equipment and services for residential and commercial customers, applying my Google IT Support certificate and technical skills. I have also ensured customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing timely and quality service. Concurrently, I have pursued my passion for entrepreneurship and sales by launching and growing A Touch Of Me Skincare & Fragrances, a business that offers natural and handmade products. I have successfully marketed and sold my products to other businesses and consumers, using CRM tools, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach. I have also networked and collaborated with other entrepreneurs at various events and platforms. Additionally, I have completed a sales development specialization course at CourseCareers, where I learned the fundamentals and best practices of technology sales development. I am eager to leverage my sales skills and experience to join the dynamic and innovative sales team at RE:WORK TRAINING, a nonprofit organization that creates workplaces that reflect the diversity of our neighborhoods. As a BDR candidate, I help RE:WORK scale their impact by generating qualified prospects for their spectrum of programming, including their 12-Week Tech Sales Training Program, Donor Program, and Corporate Partnership Program. I am motivated by RE:WORK's mission to empower underrepresented and underserved communities to access and thrive in the technology sector.
