I am a Quality Management professional with a wide experience in international high tech companies. It is my ambition to support organizations on their journey towards sustainable excellence. For the past 20 years I worked in quality management functions at The Antenna Company and NXP Semiconductors. Projects covered- certification for ISO9001 and ISO14001 - maintaining and improving the quality management system - defining and executing the sustainability roadmap (RoHS, REACH, CMRT, etc)- improving & deploying major aspects of the product creation process - auditing R&D organizations for CMMI, ISO9001 and IATF 16949 - training engineers, project managers and management in the area of DFMEA, 8D, 3x5WHY, CMMI - competence management - margin improvement - identity management for contractors From 1995 until 2002 I worked and lived abroad, first in Taiwan, later in Silicon Valley, USA, as IC design engineer, project manager and team manager.
