I oversee the entire property portfolio of the group, which consists of more than 200 residences across France, as well as several international ventures in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. My core competencies include real estate transactions, property management, project management, contract negotiation, budget control, and stakeholder engagement. I have a strong background in urban planning and law, which enables me to navigate the regulatory and legal aspects of the industry, as well as to design and implement innovative and sustainable solutions for urban development.
