Experienced working in a wide field of industry including Oil and Sugar Refining, pressure vessel and Piping fabrication, ship building, In-service ship Inspections, steel structures, nuclear stations and related facilities. • Specializing in Quality Assurance with extensive experience in NDE and visual inspection of welding, pressure vessels, heaters, boilers, storage tanks and piping systems during new construction, In-Service and maintenance. • past responsibilities included coordination of asset QA for plant construction and maintenance. Managing and performance of QA/QC of welding and construction work in general. • other past duties included being responsible for the Inspection (and Jurisdictional) requirements of FCCU, RFCCU, Butamer, Rheniformer, 2 Alky’s, Crude units and all Utilities. These duties included supervision and planning of inspection services including preventive maintenance, failure analysis, along with assisting Engineering in preparation of repair planning/procedures and interpretation of the applicable codes.Also Inspection coordination, including planning and execution during major outages. Holds current certifications: API 510, 570, CWB (ASME B31.3), CGSB Level II RT/UT/MT/PT Past Chair of the New Brunswick Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Advisory Committee (still member) and member of task group 174 (updating New Brunswick regulation 84-174 - Under the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act) And past member of the Construction Industry Institute (CII).
