With 15+ years in the social, health, and disability sectors in Australia, my career is shaped by a passion for empowering individuals and simplifying complex health services. I am the co-owner of Fortify Health Group, Queensland Health Academy, Queensland Health Academy Care Service and continue to invest in businesses aimed at transforming health services into accessible and empowering resources. As a Psychologist, I specialise in treating intellectual and developmental disabilities, psychosis, trauma, PTSD, and personality disorders. Alongside clinical work, I am a researcher with a passion in exploring cognitive flexibility's influence on behavior. This research enriches my practice and contributes to building resilient, person-centered systems. In my career, I've served in various senior management, advocacy, and consultancy roles, emphasizing the power of collaboration. I seek opportunities to forge partnerships with like-minded stakeholders, solving complex problems and sparking impactful change. As an entrepreneur, my approach centers on human-centric design and principles of business disruption. These tools drive my ambition to innovate within the health and disability services sector.
