She has extensive international airport development experience including, forecasting and capacity planning, strategic planning, operational readiness support, cost-benefit analysis and phasing of capital development projects and airport master planning. Her tenure in the aviation sector has revolved around formulating evidence based strategic advice for the executive management, incl. CXOs and Board members. Her modeling work has been instrumental in providing detailed insight into seamless ‘end-to-end’ passenger experience and Airlines hub strategy. These studies support complex and collaborative decision-making involving multi-million dollar resource allocation, capacity-demand planning requirements, policy impact and strategic short and long term master planning and development.
