My background as a therapist has equipped me with the tools to guide my clients in fulfilling their career path and building confidence in their job search. I am a Certified Professional Resume Writer and Job and Career Transition Coach with over 20 years of experience writing resumes for all levels and industries including entry, professional and executive levels. Since 1992 I have coached over individuals who have transitioned successfully to more fulfilling jobs and careers. Many of my clients are repeat and referral customers. I am a member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers and National Resume Writers Association. My resumes have been showcased in several resume writing books such as America’s Top Resumes and Professional Resumes for Executives, Managers and Other Administrators. I have given resume critiques at career fairs and featured as a resume expert at the Women for Hire career conference. I take a very personal approach to resume writing and encourage my clients to meet with me for a face-to-face consultation in my Midtown Manhattan office. Clients can expect a strategic method to resume writing with total customization based upon work history, skills and career objectives. My resumes transform clients into candidates and not just job seekers. In this tough job market, from the recent college grad to the seasoned professional looking to make a major career change, my services are reasonable based upon the value I can provide. Besides resume writing I create strong career documents such as cover letters, thank you letters, and executive bios, as well as Linkedin profiles. Another service that I offer is interview couching where I work with a clients on mock interviews, which include the best responses to tough interview questions, salary negotiations and tips on non-verbal communication.
