About Etta Simpson

Rooted in love and passion, Mrs. Etta Simpson-Campbell is more than just a wife and mother. What started out as just a young woman who dreamt of becoming an actress, led to the pursuit of a Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern California to help change the community. While currently working full time as a Clinical Social Worker with Riverside University Health System’s, Mrs. Etta has also pursued other driven life purposes. Standing as the founder and Chief Executive Director, United In Change Assisted Living and Memory Care, LLC is a residential care facility that is driven to provide a quality living environment where every resident is treated with respect and compassion. United In Change LLC lays its foundation on providing a joyful, active, and peaceful living environment where family members feel confident their loved ones are being provided with quality care by compassionate and competent caregivers who prioritize safety, value their suggestions, and will continually strive to give them peace of mind. While the vision may be to open additional licensed residential care homes to serve more seniors/mature adults 60 and older with compassionate care in the future, United In Change Assisted Living and Memory Care, LLC chooses to value the individual dignity and self-worth of every resident. Every resident has purpose and value, as well as the right to self-determination.
