About Etzer Emile

I am currently the Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) of Universite Quisqueya (UniQ), the Head of Tourism Department and professor at Universite Quisqueya and IHECE. I am the CEO of Haiti Efficace, a consulting firm that helps businesses to grow and public sector institutions to be efficient. I am an economic columnist at Radio Vision I graduated from Tamkang University of Taiwan with an MBA in Banking and Finance. My main research focus was the effects of China’s foreign trade on the financial development of Latin America. Previously, I obtained a bachelor degree in Economics at Quisqueya University and studied Sociology at the Faculty of Human Sciences at the State University of Haiti. I have received various executive training at Harvard Kenny School, Oklahoma State University, in Belgium, in Guatemala, Taiwan. I am the author of "Haiti has chosen to become a poor country”
