In this role I was responsible for the collaborative development of a business transformation road map for the organization as a whole, and accountable for the execution and implementation of the insurance transformation, a multi-year program bringing together and leading dedicated matrixed teams from across all functions of the organization- Leading the reinsurance strategy, structuring and placement for the organization, building strong relationships with our reinsurance and broker partners.
