Hello there! I am a Master of Science student in Chemistry at the University of Auckland under the supervision of Prof. Christian Hartinger. My current research involves the synthetic exploration and characterisation of lithium crown ethers for candidate treatment of bipolar disorder. Beyond my active research projects, my interests lie in synthetic chemistry and neuroscience. Of those, I have special personal interest in research areas of organometallic chemistry, mental health, quantum neural networks, and synaesthesia. Outside of academia, I’m passionate in climbing, surfing, coffee, and classical music; as well as breaking systematic inequities as a woman in STEM.
