Over 30 years’ experience at leadership and board level in a diverse range of sectors from electric vehicle charging infrastructure to roadside retail to property and construction. Directly involved in the start-up phase of new businesses in new geographies and have been directly involved in strategic business planning and the development, evaluation and delivery of complex property and capital transactions across a range of areas including the residential, commercial, retail and infrastructure sector. Proven track record at leadership level delivering a diverse range of projects, partnering with public, private and institutional investors, in the development of green field and brown field opportunities including regeneration projects in the major urban and provincial centres around Ireland and the UK and more recently in the USA.
