I am a technical professional with 12 years of engineering work experience, including 4 years in Managerial position. I possess multiple skills covering many fields including – operation management, project management, facilitating and auditing. I had led a team of 12 engineers and had experience with setting up a testing section in one of our overseas production plants. I seek to utilize my skills acquired to a dynamic organisation and to achieve its business goals. Achievements • 2015 - Organized and lead a newly formed New Test Offload Project Management team to support customers like Renesas, On-Semi, Infineon, etc. • 2011 – Headed the LSI Testing Section and lead a team of 12 engineers to ensure daily operational efficiency. • 2006 – Successfully transferred 53 new product types from Japan HQ to set up new testing line within 4 months. Promoted to Staff Engineer. • 2004 – Mastered full testing setup skill and was part of a team to setup 62 transferred product types within 3 months.
