With a background in finance and a degree in accounting, I understand the numbers that drive property performance — from budgeting to NOI and everything in between. Before stepping into property management, I spent years as a carpenter working on commercial buildings in Manhattan. That hands-on construction experience gives me an edge when it comes to vendor oversight, capital improvements, and understanding the physical side of real estate operations. I’ve also worked in sales and marketing, which shaped my ability to build strong relationships with tenants, owners, and service providers. Whether it’s solving a maintenance issue, walking a site, or reviewing a lease, I show up with professionalism, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset. My experience spans across Class A commercial spaces, retail centers, and restaurant properties, and I take pride in being someone who understands the job from the field to the financials. I believe property management is more than just maintaining buildings — it’s about maximizing value, protecting investments, and creating great experiences for everyone involved.
