Euk Kwon is a licensed Architect and Executive Real Estate professional with extensive expertise across real estate, facilities, workplace operations, architecture, sustainability, corporate headquarters design & construction, office, hotel, residential building & campus planning, corporate interiors, branding, customer service, technology solutions and metric based innovative workplace strategies. With over 8 years as Head of Global Design and Construction at Bloomberg LP and as a Design Lead for Asia Pacific Rim, Euk has been effective in aligning Bloomberg's strategic real estate growth in 160 offices and accommodating explosive headcount growth from employees in 2006 to employees in 2015 in major cities across North America, South America, Europe, Asia Pacific Rim, including headquarters in New York, London, San Francisco, Santiago, Dublin, Shanghai, Beijing, Seoul, Jakarta and remote offices around the globe. With 7 years as Design Architect at the world renowned architecture firm of Pei Cobb Freed & Partners Architects (formerly IM Pei & Partners), Euk has significantly contributed to realization of the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
