About Euler Alencar

Currently, I work in the presidency of the Federal Supreme Court. I have worked in the artificial intelligence area and Strategic Management as a leader in data science for the last four years. My expertise includes leadership, project management, data analysis, development, and implementation of models and research tools. I enjoy generating new ideas and devising feasible solutions to broadly relevant problems. Key Projects: 1. VictorIA app - The tool identifies, in the Court's collection of cases, those that deal with the same subject and groups them automatically. Thus, it is possible to identify, with greater agility and security, for example, processes suitable for joint treatment or that may result in new topics of general repercussion. Open Court Program - Designed to increase transparency and accessibility of the Federal Supreme Court to the public by making judicial data more reliable, accurate, and comprehensive using technologies such as Qlik Sense, HTML, Javascript, CSS, SQL, and DataViz. Our project had a direct impact on citizens with approximately accesses to the Court's statistics portal. RAFA2030 - An Artificial Intelligence tool that classifies actions based on the United Nations Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals using R, RStudio, Shiny, and Github. Currently, the application is already in internal use being used in several processes that arrive every month. Data Transparency in STF - A project aimed at modernizing institutional transparency through the creation of dashboards, improving the integration, systematization, and availability of statistical data using Qlik Sense and SQL. Other Significant Projects- Activities Report 2019 - Management Report 2018-2020 - Workforce planning for TJDFT - Strategic Planning for STF and Anatel.
