About Euletta Williams

With over a decade of diverse nursing experience, I am a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with a strong background in Psychiatry, Acute Care (including Medical/Surgical and Emergency), and Geriatrics. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Caribbean University in Jamaica and am proud to be an Internationally Educated Nurse who has successfully transitioned into the Canadian healthcare system. My career has included a variety of roles, most notably as a Nurse Team Lead at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). Dedicated to advancing the nursing profession, I hold a Canadian Nurses Association certification in Mental Health Nursing and an RN prescribing certification from the University of Windsor. I am also preparing to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing to further develop my clinical expertise. Beyond my clinical work, I am passionate about nursing education and actively contribute as a member of the Nursing Practice Advisory Council at CAMH. I am also a proud alumna of the Black Nurse Leadership Institute (2022 cohort), where I cultivated key leadership skills and insights. My leadership extends beyond patient care and education. I currently serve as Vice President of Health and Safety for the Ontario Nurses’ Association and Co-Chair of the Joint Health and Safety Committee at CAMH. In these roles, I advocate for improved working conditions and safety standards for healthcare workers. I am also committed to mentoring future nurses, firmly believing that mentorship is a powerful tool for both personal and professional growth. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, whether at the gym or outdoors during the warmer months. I have a passion for cooking, especially exploring global cuisines, and I integrate my love for nutritious food and fitness into maintaining overall physical and mental wellness.
