With a background in social work and research in education studies, I am a compassionate and student-centred educator and mentor who believes that every child and young person is gifted in their own unique way. My goal is to help them discover and cultivate their own gifts by listening to their stories, providing constructive feedback, and working in partnership with their parents and teachers. Over the years, I have witnessed the transformative power of attentive listening and positive reinforcement in unlocking young people’s potential. By establishing positive relationships, I tailor my support to cater to their specific needs, interests and strengths. I am committed to continuing my professional development as I believe that learning is a lifelong journey. I strive to bring new ideas and approaches into my work to provide the best possible learning experience for all young people.
