As the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager at Sampoerna Schools System, I am responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and executing employer branding strategies. In my previous role I also overseeing the compensation and benefit programs for all staff. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services that align with the organization's vision, values, and goals. With over 18 years of progressive experience in various HR roles, I have gained expertise in all HR spectrums, including expatriate mobilization, employee relations, labor law, and payroll. I am passionate about learning and improving processes, as well as adapting to changing needs and demands. I have excellent communication and time management skills, and I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams. My mission is to empower and engage employees, and to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
