In-depth knowledge of the most important EU Research and Innovation Programmes to date). I am in charge of both research-related activities and institutional procedures. I provide assistance to academics (one-to-one support) in preparing research proposals to apply for EU, international, national, and local funds. Activities include: program identification, call selection, support in the preparation of the project proposal, pre-screening in the light of the evaluation criteria, budget preparation. Matchmaking support to set up project partnerships through event participation, contact, and collaboration with NCPs. I organize specific sessions to explain the funding opportunities and encourage participation in competitive calls: research grants for projects proposals and individual fellowhips. Concerning institutional activities I have skills in electoral procedures (appointment of Director, TA personnel, and Ph.D. representatives), I have an indepth knowkedge in cost reporting (EU Research Programs, National Research Programs, U-GOV application) as well as day-to-day administration. Support in the management of Ph.D. courses (the whole cycle). From 2009 to December 2016 I was assigned the position of Head of European Research Unit, Research Division, Central Administration, and carried out activities aimed at increasing the participation of teaching staff in competitive calls for the main EU programs and interaction with funding bodies. I performed analysis and study of work programs and policy documents, data collection activities, and preparation of the annual research report. Participation in training courses, conferences, and seminars. As of 01 January 2021 I have been assigned to the Humanities and Social Sciences Departments Faculty Service, Executive Area. In the last 18 months I have taken care of cost reporting of PON Project Next Gen Upp with a dedicated budget exceeding euros, and a research group of 11 academics, four research departments and 25 external staff units - Post Docs and Research fellows. I have also supported UNIGE's Academics in the participation, preparation and submission of ERC StG, ERC CoG and ERC Synergy projects and Italian fund FIS, FISA, PRIN and PRIN PNRR MUR funds.In depth knowledge of project reporting activies preparation and submission of financial statements, amemdment requests, contact with project officers (Horizon Europe, Horizon, DG Justice, Jean Monnet Actions etc.).New in as of today Boccon's SDA Diploma on Project Management.
