I am a seasoned Pharmaceutical Executive with a strong background in various operational and international roles. Throughout my career, I have successfully executed a wide range of responsibilities, including Corporate Affairs, Market Access, and Business PL Management roles in LATAM, Africa, and the Middle East. More recently, I have been focusing on International Developed Markets (IDM). Currently, I hold the position of Sr. Director in Oncology at the IDM Commercial Office. In this role, I serve as the Franchise Lead for Lung and Genitourinary Cancer, responsible for executing the global strategy. I gather and analyze valuable insights for priority brands across all markets, translating these findings into actionable strategies. Additionally, I act as a thought partner for the Oncology VP and IDM Senior Leaders, providing valuable input on portfolio trade-offs and performance monitoring. I ensure effective global-country coordination to drive success. One of my key strengths is my ability to lead and inspire teams to perform at their best.
