I recently graduated as a distinguished honors student from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where I majored in Business Analytics and Statistics, achieving a GPA of 3.87. Throughout, my academic journey, I demonstrated leadership as a member of the Women's Tennis Team, the Business Honors Program and SAAC Representative. I am very interested in Data Analytics and Statistics and have +2 years of working experience in this field. During my last role I collaborated with a team to automate traditional reporting processes, which significantly enhanced operational efficiency. This role allowed me to apply machine learning models to a large dataset, resulting in substantial profit improvements. Developing Power BI dashboards further strengthened my ability to communicate complex data insights effectively. As a Research Assistant at UTSA, I focused on predictive modeling for radiotherapy in brain cancer patients. This experience honed my skills in developing and evaluating various machine learning models and introduced me in the world of Data Analytics for healthcare. My proficiency extends across various analytical tools and programming languages, including Python, R, SQL, SAS, Excel, Tableau, SPSS, and Bloomberg. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and German, which enables me to communicate effectively in diverse environments. I am seeking an opportunity to leverage my background in Data Analytics and Statistics, where I can contribute to innovative projects and continue developing my skills.
